Questions
Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 06:44PM "Go, stand in the temple courts," he said, "and tell the people the full message of this new life." (Acts 5:20, NIV)
Every minute of every day, a new believer somewhere squarely faces the reality that Jesus the Christ died to become a bridge between the Divine and every single soul, and yet He lives. That new believer asks Jesus our Savior to live inside of him or her. There is no joy comparable to what is felt at that moment by both Christ and the new Christian. And yet so often the Church fails to help the new Christian to develop from raw recruit to experienced disciple, and the potential for a great spiritual relationship slips by.
I surrendered to Christ on January 28, 2001. One week later I was baptized. As I stepped out of the water, all I wanted to know was “what now?”
What’s the meaning of salvation? Who do I become when I’m born again? Do I need to know about spiritual warfare? How is the Old Testament relevant to me as a Christian? What does the New Testament teach? What promises does God have for me? Can I contribute to the kingdom of God? Many Christians, new or not, need these same questions answered. I wrote Stepping into the Light: You’re a Christian, what now? to help fellow marchers on the road to Christian maturity.
I hope that this weblog as well as the book and other features of the website that will gradually be added can help people of faith to focus on personal questions about the Christian life, and that together we will learn to strengthen our spirits and build more productive relationships with God.
God bless us all.

Pastor Diane,
I can't wait to read this book. I know it will bless so many! I am so excited for our ministry because of you, God bless you always !
Minister Dian,
I am so proud of you as a sister in Christ and a Minister of the Gospel. All the questions you asked, others have asked and are asking. As a young child, I even asked them and did not have a book to answer my questions. I thank God for your discipline to give new Christians the tools they need to help them walk into their Divine Destinies. As an author myself, I know the cost of your oil to complete this assignment. Thanks Queen for being faithful. I will be ordering your book soon. Love you- Ada Bullock-Olive Branch, MS
Diane,
I know with all of my heart that you are truly called for the purpose of this book, I remember your tenderness as a baby Christian, everyone who has been introduced to Jesus asks these same questions. And God has blessed you with answers. God will continue to empower you.

Diane,
God bless you!! I'm so glad to have met you at Link Referral. You have a very powerful testimony, and God is using you and will continue to use you to encourage, motivate, and teach about Him...What a privlege! I have a burden for the lost - I truly think most people want truth, but they don't understand, as a result...they refuse God. Keep writing, our Lord is smiling down on you!
