Spiritual Weapon: Praises of God
Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 07:32PM This is a short and sweet Saturday night post. "Praises of God" is weapon number four in my 12/29/08 post, "W.E.A.P.O.N.S. of Spiritual Warfare".
I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will show forth all they marvellous works.-Psalm 9:1 (KJV)
With all my heart I praise the Lord and with all that I am I praise his holy name.-Psalm 103:1 (CEV)
Hallelujah! Our purpose is to praise God, not exclusively with our mouths, but also in our daily actions. You may have heard that God loves our praises. Do you know, though, that praising God does more for us than it does for Him? It’s true: faith and fear cannot both live in one heart; praise and pessimism can't come out of the same mouth at the same time. So, the more we praise God, the stronger and fuller of joy we become.
How has praising God made you stronger?

Hey, Diane! This is my v-e-r-y favorite weapon. Praise also changes my attitude and my surroundings! Love it! Thanks for this!
Oh Man! The more I surrender, the closer I get to Him, the more I want to praise Him with my whole heart! I did a few posts on Praising and Worshipping too this past week. Yes, we live to worship Him ALONE! He is Worthy of ALL our Praise! God Bless You!
